Minor Spectators: 

Parents please complete the attached waiver for any spectator under 18 yrs old. (Childs name/info where it says Racer)

ALL MINORS MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 PARENT ON SITE OR A COMPLETED, NOTARIZED GUARDIAN TRANSFER FORM.

BE PREPARED FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Gate hours are set PLEASE respect them! Plan accordingly! (Opening a closed gate is considered trespassing)
• Arrive together if you want to park together
• Park parallel to one another. 
• PLEASE BRING TRASH BAGS! Place your closed bags outside your camp and we will pick them up. Or take them to the dumpster.
• LEAVE YOUR CAMPSITE LOOKING LIKE IT DID WHEN YOU ARRIVED.

• Non-potable water is available for fill in front of the potties behind concessions

THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO EVERYONE! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE TRYING TO QUALIFY FOR LORETTA'S TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT!

BE PREPARED FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• MX Sports AQ Fees: $25 in addition to track race fees, purchased at sign up 
• MX Sports fees and forms automatically completed and charged during online registration, verification made during sign up check in.
• ALL riders MUST check in at sign up, even if you preregistered. 
• ALL minors MUST be accompanied by at least 1 parent. 
• If BOTH parents are not going to be at the track PLEASE use the pre registration system

*If you do not have you physical current AMA card for us to swipe you MUST use the pre-registration system. The card contains all the information that transfers into the system. Without it we must manually enter all the information.

We DO NOT renew AMA memberships onsite. MUST be done online. 

 You can complete more than one day online by selecting sign up for another race during your online signup process. 

 If your sign up online, download your copy of the MXSPORTS form and read all the important information.
If you signup at the track, read all the important information on the MXSPORTS form. 

Unlike the Area Qualifiers, to confirm your guaranteed spot or Alternate status at the Regional Championship, riders must pre-register with MX Sports by Monday at midnight (ET) the week of the Regional event.

Sat: 6:30am - 10am for Saturday Race /sign-up
1pm- 1 hour after last moto for Sunday race sign-up
Sun: 6:30am - 10am

Cash OR CC (3% fee for CC use)

Friday Practice $40 per session (3 rounds)

Saturday/Sunday Race classes $45/class ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

Lap Times USA will provide timing and scoring for this event. You can purchase one online (Coming soon)

Rentals onsite $25 cash only with a $150 CC hold deposit. Your card will not be charged UNLESS you fail to return the rental.

Be Prepared For:

• Additional $25 MX Sports Fee if On site registering (only if trying to qualify)
• Transponder required for Saturday and Sunday
• 3% fee for use of credit/debit cards
• Additional $5/class for onsite registration Saturday and Sunday
