RIDERS MEETING will be held Sunday morning at the announcer’s tower shortly before practice starts. The referee and track personnel will be on hand with important information, and to answer questions. The meeting will be broadcast over the P.A. system; riders are responsible for the information given.
RESULTS should always be checked at Registration! They’re posted on the West window, facing the store. Online Timing and Scoring results are NOT official!

Step #1. Sunset Ridge MX Online waiver REQUIRED for ALL RIDERS! * If you have already completed this waiver in 2024 skip to Step #2 PARENTS OF MINOR RIDERS PLEASE SEE IMPORTANT INFORMATION HERE!

Step #3 Check in at rider registration to obtain your practice stickers
Transponder scoring, live timing/scoring and rentals are provided by LapTimes USA and can be reserved during online registration.
Remember online results are NOT official! The only official race day results are posted at Registration.
Bring your transponder or transponder number to registration. If you need to rent, do that first at the red trailer near sign up. If you have your own, make sure your subscription is valid and your battery is fully charged each day, including Saturday practice.

STEP #3—BE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR *AMA CARD, 2024 SUNSET CARD, OR AMA ANNUAL RELEASE CARD WITH YOU ALL minor riders MUST have at least 1 parent onsite

There is 1 gate for this event. Gate #1 is the MAIN gate on 1100 E.
Gates opens Saturday at 7 AM. The country roads are very narrow, and you cannot stage there. Please plan your travel to arrive as close to 7:00 AM or later Saturday.

IMPORTANT PIT VEHICLE INFORMATION
PIT VEHICLE RULES:
* Pit vehicles are for race crews only, not spectators.
* Operators must be adults (age 18 & up).
* No motorcycles or ATVs, or any 2-wheeler with a throttle. (Pedal assist bikes are permitted.)
* No lifted vehicles.
* Use for transportation to and from the track only. No field/Pit riding.
* No pit vehicles on the infield or surrounding fields.
* Passengers limited to vehicle capacity.
* Speed Limit 10 MPH.
* CURFEW 9:00pm.
* ALL must be registered at rider registration and display the permit sticker!
*Violation will result in impound of the vehicle.

DRY CAMPING is available on site; there’s plenty of room for any size rig. There are no hookup sites.
Full Service Campground 15 minutes South of the track. Hickorygrovecamp
NON-POTABLE WATER FILL (no hookups). FILL YOUR CLEAN TANK BEFORE YOU GET HERE
BIKE WASH available. Location TBA. There will be a water supply, hoses to connect to yourpower washer.
CAMPFIRES NO GROUND FIRES—MUST BE IN A CONTAINER OR FIRE PIT—LEAVE NOTHING BEHIND
GARBAGE bag it and we will pick it up! Bags available at each gate entrance.
FRIENDLY PETS are welcome and must be on a leash; please clean up after them.
BICYCLES may NOT be inside the track fence. You’re welcome to walk the track before and after Friday practice, before Saturday and Sunday practice, and after Saturday racing. ONLY IF THERE IS NO EQUIPMENT ON THE TRACK AND WATER TRUCK ROADS
